Join others for a day of renewal and exploration. Take time to step back from your work for self-reflection and to be in community. Move through nature, drop into your body, explore ideas and nurture yourself. Step back and notice. Take a mindful pause to open to your authentic self and notice what your heart and spirit need.
This retreat will be a fusion of self-exploration, being in nature, art, mindfulness activities, playfulness and presentation. Using the Anchored Relational model as a framework, we will explore how to access our dignity (our most resourced self) and gain insight into values that shape us.
